Millennials Need Constant Communication Throughout the Homebuying Process

From sun up to sundown, Millennials are connected, in touch and plugged in. They can respond via text throughout the day and appreciate updates on the loan process, no matter how minor they may be. I see it all the time with first-time homebuyers in Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake. 

Here’s the deal: If Millennials don’t hear from you on a regular basis, they will think something is wrong. Don’t be afraid to over-communicate. They will appreciate you keep them in the loop.
